Scored per the Condition Scoring & Rating Model (six standards-referenced dimensions, 0–4 on the P-scale). Rating is gated — a single safety/structural P2 breach sets RED regardless of the averaged Index.

The new LED floodlight load and driver footprint are materially smaller than the legacy HID gear removed, and the existing 3-phase supply, mm² feed and cabinet isolation are adequate for the new works. This conclusion is universal across the fleet and is independent of condition.
